Owner changing

Reissue of the contract is carried out in personal applying of transferring and accepting parties to one of MTS Uzbekistan central offices. In case if one of the parties in reissue of the contract is a physical person, his personal or his representative’s presence is required with a notary certified power of attorney.

The service “Owner change” is rendered to all subscribers.

Transferring party:

A physical person should submit:

• an application requesting to reissue a contract specifying an accepting party and personal signature;
• a document, identifying personality (passport).

A legal person should submit:

• an application requesting to reissue a contract specifying the accepting party, with personal signature of the director and original seal of the organization (in reissue of the contract from an organization to its director the application from the transferring party must be signed by a representative acting on the basis of a power of attorney or by the director itself);
• power of attorney to a representative for reissue of the contract specifying passport details of an attorney. The power of attorney to be certified by signature of a director and original corporate seal;
• representative’s identification card.

Accepting party:

A physical person should submit:

• a document identifying personality.

A legal person should submit:

• a letter-application for providing an opportunity to use services in international roaming if connection to this service is required. It is to be certified by director’s signature and original corporate seal. An application can also be signed by an authorized person if the power of attorney specifies powers to perform such an action;
• representative’s power of attorney for issue of the contract specifying passport details of an authorized person. The power of attorney to be certified by an original corporate seal;
• representative’s identification card, a passport.

Notes:

• The number of a individual entity, which is served in On-Line system, temporary or by technical reasons can’t be registered to a legal entity. Specifically company offers you to subscribe new legal entity number and use the service "In contact" or "Call divert".
• When changing an owner the contract can be signed by different parties by one and the same person (in case if reissue from an organization to a director and vice versa). In reissue the service “International roaming” is added by a separate application of a new owner.
• By the moment of reissue of the contract the transferring party must sink all debts.
• All monetary funds on personal account at the moment of reissue remain with the previous owner and will not be transferred to a new one.

• All financial issues between an accepting and transferring party to be solved without MTS Uzbekistan participation.
