Voice assistant 0899 atomized system of self-service.
MTS-Uzbekistan company provides its subscribers the new and atomized system of self-service «Voice assistant» using it the companies subscribers can independently:
- Inquire companies news;
- Inquire your active balance and get a memorandum of your last payment;
- Receive the information about the services, and to turn on-off the additional services;
- Inquire information about the tariff plans and change your tariff plan;
- Inquire the methods of payment and information about the balance;
- Get the information about the terms of services (changing mobile number, change of ownership, entry to and contract-guarantee, pretermit service etc.);
- receive the information addresses of offices sales and services.
Off the note the voice assistant is similar to the service "Automatic Voice Assistant to number 0890» (IVR), but, unlike him, while calling to "Voice Assistant" to number 0899, to connect with the operator of the Contact Center is not provided.
In order to use the services of the Voice assistant, the subscriber needs to call the number 0899 and follow the instructions of the system to select the needed item. Voice assistant is implemented in two languages and when they call on 0899 subscriber immediately prompted to select a language spoken - Russian or Uzbek.
Calling on 0899 the call is free of charge.
