In order to use the self service automatized system the subscriber must call on the 0890 number and follow the instructions of the system, and choose the necessary step for requiring action. 0890 number is in two languages. When the subscriber calls 0890 he’s offered to choose necessary language – Russian or Uzbek.
Self service automatized system 0890 allows
the subscriber individually:
- get to know the news of MTS – Uzbekistan (Latest price cut, new actions, tariff plans, MTS-Uzbekistan services)
- get the information about the self services system (Mobile assistant *111#, Internet assistant, MTS-Plus)
- receive a promised payment in size $1 in term of 3 days
- connect and disconnect services and receive detailed information about the services
- activate packages and receive information about the packages
- change over to the chosen tariff plan and get the information about the tariff plans
- enquire methods of instructions about the balance and the ways of payment
- get the information about the terms of services (changing mobile number, change of ownership, entry to and contract-guarantee, pretermit service etc.)
- receive the information addresses of offices sales and services
- get the information, services, packages etc. in the form of SMS stencil
The most important thing subscribers can get short information, by using the USSD – command (for turning on and off, checking service conditions etc.) in the form of SMS stencil practically in every branch of voice system of self services 0890.
Calling on 0890 the call is charged as outgoing within the network call according to the tariff plan.
