Mobile Portal is a possibility at any time:

How to use?

To use Mobile Portal, just dial the phone 111. You get into menu, where you can choose an interested section. Next, follow all the action, following the instructions of the system. System responses are displayed directly on your phone screen. Unlike SMS-messages, these messages are not stored in phone memory and not slow down its work.

Mobile Portal consists of 6 sections:

• Balance (check, refill)
• Mobile Assistant (tariff plan change, service management)
• Entertainment («Good’OK» service, games, music, video, pictures, anecdotes, horoscopes and etc.)
• Postcards
• Weather forecast
• Currency exchange rates

To download content you need to activate and configure WAP/MMS/GPRS-Internet. services

Call to *111 is free. Navigating the menus of Mobile Portal is free. Change of tariff plan, activation/deactivation of services and use of content services via Mobile Portal is paid in accordance with established tariffs for these services. Any activities in the Mobile Portal from your mobile phone documented with special equipment and are considered your actions.
