MMS portal

«Branded MMS-portal» is a resource (mms.mts.uz), containing entertainment content (static and animated images) that is available to upload and send to the phone as MMS-messages, and allows registered users of the portal to exchange views and assess the content of portal.

Terms of MMS-portal use:

The subscriber enters the MMS-portal, browse and sel ect content liked by him. Anonymous (not registered or unauthorized) users of MMS-portal can only acquire content, placed on it. All other possibilities of the portal become available only after registration.

1. Registration / Login to the portal

The registration form and the user authentication form on the portal are combined in one functional unit, located in the upper right corner of the main portal page.

For registration is needed to send a blank SMS-message to the short number 380. Sending a message to the number 380 is not charged. In reply message the subscriber will receive automatically generated user name (login) and password, necessary to access the portal. After the user has logged in, a so-called «account» (account) is created for it — an account that stores various information relating to the user, for example, data on consumption of paid services, etc.

At the stage of registration the user should take the «Agreement on services provision», defining the rights and obligations of both parties.

To change the assigned user name and password a user is to log in to the portal, then enter the section «Preferences», clicking on the hyperlink. On the screen in edit mode, will be seen the main user account settings, where the necessary changes should be implemented.

To authorize the subscriber enters the requested dat a: user name and password.
An authorized user can get access to additional features of the portal.

2. The portal structure

2.1 «Main page» section

The basis of MMS-portal is a directories, containing the content for MMS-messages (images), selected according to certain thematic categories. Available categories are displayed on the main page on the left, with the ability to navigate through the appropriate link.
On the main page of the portal content appears under the heading «New," «Popular» and «Discussed». Right on the main page has a «tag cloud», organized in such a way that the more all portal objects using a tag, the tag is becoming more (self text). There is a line search for items by tag.
There is an opportunity to preview and get information about the selected object by clicking on its icon (a smaller version), located in the directory. In this case, the page containing the following information about the object is opened:

1. selected object;
2. name of object (if available);
3. price of the object;
4. object code, which must be sent to number 6400, for getting this object to the phone;
5. option «send to friend» with a hyperlink to jump to the page with a form to send
6. score (the number of votes) of the object
7. date of placing the object in the portal
8. All categories (in the form of hyperlinks) to which the given object is related;
9. tags (keywords) to search for the object;
10. comments on the object;
11. information about the properties of the object.
12. hyperlink to add the object in the category of «Favorites».

2.2 «Authors» section

In the «Authors» section a list of registered users of the portal is presented.
Directly fr om the list of authors you can get more information about the user (eg, a list of his friends, his contacts, etc.) or write a personal message to this user. The mechanism of communication between users is organized on the model of social networking sites (the presence of the page with personal preferences, the ability to add and delete friends, the ability to send messages, etc.).

3. Purchase and delivery of content

To purchase a pleasing content or send it as a gift to another subscriber it’s needed to send SMS-message with the code of the object (ID of the object) to the short number 6400.

For sending content as a gift you should fill out a form sent with the following fields:

• addressing,
• text of message,
• signature,
• number of recipient,
• sending date (on default object will be sent immediately as soon as the subscriber sends an SMS-message to number 6400. However, you can specify a specific date to send the desired object, and then after a SMS will be sent to number 6400, the new settings will be saved on the portal and the object will be sent in due time.)

In this case, the recipient of cards can be of any subscriber of mobile operators in Uzbekistan, with whom the FE Uzdunrobita LLC signed an agreement on the exchange of MMS-messages.
Completing the above fields, the user should send a SMS-message with the code of the object to the short number 6400, and then the object will be send according to specified parameters.

Thus, the ordering of content by charging action for subscriber A is a sending of SMS-message to number 6400.

4. Rating and comments

Registered users can rate and comment objects of the portal. Estimate can be put as positive (+1 point) so and negative (-1 point).
Voting for the object is possible only once. Only registered users of the portal can comment on portal objects. The user has the ability to add any liked objects in the category of «Favourite» that is analogous to the Favorites folder of Internet browser.
