X-press cards

Express payment card is a mean to make a prepayment for mobile services within MTS-Uzbekistan GSM network. Prepayment with “X-press” cards can be done only to the phones registered on an actual person, who can pay in cash.

Cards are sold in MTS-Uzbekistan offices and by dealers and agents network of the company.

Currently there are 3 types of cards: 5 000 (five thousand) and 10 000 (ten thousand) soum.

To activate the card, please follow the instructions shown on a card. The account will be fulfilled with the shown amount in US dollars in accordance with exchange rate active on a date of card activation.

Express payment can be done fr om the phone which is temporarily de-activated only if it is not de-activated more than 2 month ago or agreement with this subscriber is terminated.

Express card can be activated only one time and before the expiry date shown on a card.

Activation Procedure:

1. Erase the protective layer from PIN code of the card (you may use coin);
2. From the phone you want to make a payment to, please send SMS with serial number (S/N – 10 digits) and PIN code (PIN – 16 digits), typed together with no space to number 900 .
3. In case of successful activation you will receive SMS with confirmation:

"Запрос на оплату для телефона < номер _ телефона > в обработке" (only in Russian) ("Payment to number is in process)

At this stage no further action is needed. This message confirms that the sent message was correct. After some time another message will show up:

"Ваш депозит пополнен на < N> $" (Your account is fulfilled with $), wh ere dollar amount N is calculated according to the active exchange rate.

In case of mistake in typing serial number or PIN code of the card you will receive one of the following messages:

a) «Карточки не существует. Возможно, Вы допустили ошибку при вводе» ("This card does not exist. Probably you mistyped")

б) «Карточка не может быть использована. Эта карточка уже была использована ранее или не активирована» ("This card can not be used. This card has been used before or it is not activated")

In this case send a message again. You can send up to 3 times in a row. If the problem still exists, you can send a message again only after some time.

Check your balance by sending SMS with number 3 (reply will be in English) to number 6111.

Note: After the activation it is recommended to save the card until the payment is actually made to your account.
